Pricing policy
If you visit our showroom, to discuss the feasibility of a loft conversion, we will be happy to give you a guideline on costs. We can also show you our portfolio of completed conversions and tell you approximately what they cost.
However, all loft conversions are different and our surveyor needs to visit your home to advise you on the type of conversion that would be most suitable for your property, location and family needs.
What we do promise is:
We know it is essential that the finished product meets or exceeds your expectations but within the budget you have set.

- At the end of the visit our surveyor will give you a sketch and estimated cost.
- We will endeavor to keep within or very close to all estimates.
